Illustration Friday - Geeky

Geek training should begin early. Indeed, geek training for my granddaughter has already begun. Less than a year old, she already has her own keyboard! Obviously, the black t-shirt with pocket protectors comes later.

acrylics, 4" x 6".

i think geeky will soon not have the connotations we associate with it now as more and more people come under the "geeky" umbrella. Nice take on the ilo and a lovely illustration.

What a nice illo! Your technique is really good. I love her little hands. We have a pic of my daughter at 5 months tapping away on the computer keyboard, she's now 11 and proudly proclaims geekiness :) No pocket protectors or black shirt yet though...

Great idea for the topic! it's amazing to think how much technology this generation is exposed to & at so young an age.

i am sooo envious that you have a grandchild, i'm still waiting-not so patiently anymore.

it is said that 'your children are your payments, your grandchildren your dividends' Enjoy.
